I've been sent the new 360 set top box. It was all working just fine until tonight. The only thing working on it is the volume and input selection button. 

Of course there's no online help to sort this either.

Hi Invader75,

have you tried to pair the remote again?

To pair the 360 remote hold down the 'TV' button and '0' button together until the Standby button starts to flash.

If the remote appears to have stopped working make sure the the power saving mode setting is on Fast Start

Thanks, Tried this but it says pairing failed in the top right of the screen,

Yep. Tried that and it eventually worked. Generally I like it but it’s very glitchy.

Thanks for updating updating us as to @newapollo's suggestion and pleased that it's worked. As it's a new product, we are aware that there is room for improvement and hope it's less glitchy with future updates.

It's a shame there's no self help guides available. Not sure it should be Rolled out if it has so many issues.

Do you re pair remote with box in standby or on?

Managed to fix it myself,take batteries out on both sides of remote,if you only take one battery out it does not reset,remote still powered up!

That is the only thing that worked for me too.
