Virgin 360 box

Hi, 

I’ve turned my virgin 360 box on as normal this morning. Everything was fine. I pressed the button on my remote and the white light came on to power in the box but no picture came up. It is on the right setting on tv and white light comes up with no picture on the tv. Any idea how to fix this, please?

Check your HDMI cable hasn't come loose, if that's OK and you say you have the correct HDMI input selected try rebooting the box by turning the power off and on with either the switch on the back of the box or at the plug.

Please check that all cables coming in and out of the TV box are pushed in all the way and are secure as @roy247 advised. Please reboot your TV box and let us know if this has helped resolve your issue.
