Hi everyone 

just had new v360 installed replacing old v6.
proves that not always new is better . Some key features lost ( won’t go into it just now unless people are interested)
Before upgrade I was able to do search programs like AP Bio from Comedy Channel . This would allow to watch any episodes from the 3 series available online . Nothing is now coming up in searches . Why is this not working ? It was working the day before I moved to V360 box

We are still waiting for some features to be added to the new platform, be patient things will come back will take time. Virgin have to work with 3rd parties to get functionality added as its a completely different platform to TiVo. Virgin having to start from scratch as a lot of the previous function were licensed with Tivo and 3rd parties not Virgin directly.  This will involve 3rd parties giving access to there API's etc and some may not allow the functionality. It will take time

Is there time line on when upgrades will appear .One of the most basic functions lost is when searching a program . It no longer tells you if a program is on Netflix . It will tell you a program is on your the virgin store , Amazon. Prime  or another catch-up service BUT not Netflix as the old V6 box did .
