Hi
we recently upgraded to 360. everytime we set a programme to record, after a day or two the recording is deleted. We dont have auto delete on. We have reset the box to factory settings and rebooted it.
On an unrelated issue, sometimes it wont record or rewind when its supposed to.
been advised by the twitter team to post on here for a tech team response

Do you get any error messages.
If you can't pause live TV then it's looking like a faulty box (hard drive), you need to call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone to report a fault or wait for a forum team member to pick this up which maybe a couple of days.

Thanks. With the pausing and rewinding, that does usually work. The main repeated issue is it deleting recordings, and sometimes setting recordings that then fail to record (so get an error message there).

The 360 shouldn't be deleting recordings, it is a sign of a failing box. You have already tried a factory reset, you could try the format hard drive option if you have lost your recordings and then cal Virgin the next time it happens.
