VM is a total joke!
engineers can last week to upgrade my TiVo to 360…..no app was in the menu so they change my existing box to a new TiVo box. Still no app for upgrade. The engineers were on the phone to VM for an hour and at the end, had the old notification that an engineer will work on it urgently…they then said 2/3 days!!(urgent! Hahah)
2 days later I call….eventually get through and get told that it would now be another 3-5 days…
VM is a waste of time! They don’t care about existing customers.
And I’m still here with no TV360!!! And VM were the ones that invited me to upgrade in the first place!!!
