Tv setting up error code CS1011

Hey all I've received my setup kit and when I try to set 360 box up I keep getting error code CS1011 I've spoken to virgin about 3 days ago they told me give it up to 48 hrs I have and still not working still getting same code all the time any ideas plz tia

How many 360 boxes do you have?

All VM TV boxes need two connections.. 1: The white co-ax cable that carries your live TV signals, 2: An internet connection (can be Ethernet cabled or wireless) via your homehub

Are both of those connections in-place, and all connections finger tight?

Only 1 box and been on phone again and they said I don't have tv services with them yet I have received my quick install kit so they have put through another order and I've now got to wait till 29th to receive new quick install kit
