Have you tried the old 'turn it off and then turn it back on again' trick ?

doesn't really matter now, have lost most channels in the national outage. I get way too many faults on my VM services its just crazy. The tivo to 360 was a big mistake I wish I'd never seen the invite. Last fault I had they just gave me 0.44p compensation - a great way to wind people up... It'll be hello Sky for me when this shambles expires
