Requested upgrade to tv360 on 23 May. Given activation date (estimated) 26 May. But heard nothing?

Have you received the remote control? Until that arrives nothing will happen with the update to the TV360 as it has to be started using the new remote

No, remote not received. I expected it to be delivered on the given activation date. I contacted them today and no record of new contract, despite emails suggesting otherwise. Now sorted (maybe). Promised new kit by Thursday next week. We’ll see…
