We got 1x Main TV 360 Box and 2x Mini TV 360 boxes fitted on 18/02/2021. We have been experiencing the same issue as other people have for the past couple of days (Error CS1012).
For the past 24 hours I have been restarting the main box to see if the issue is resolved but I have just restarted the main box now and to my surprise instead of the new software trying to activate as it has been for the past day or so, the old Tivo software has loaded instead. I'm not sure how this is possible as this was a brand new TV 360 Box.
Has anyone had this?
Edit - My 2x Mini Boxes are now working with the new TV 360 software but my main TV 360 box suddenly reverted to the old Tivo software and seems to have stuck with this.
