Sound and no picture. Also pixelated picture after reboot

Hi. My TV sometimes comes on with sound and no picture. Probably once or twice a month. Only way to solve this is switch everything off at mains and reboot. Now I’m getting pixelated pictures 2 or 3 times an hour. Any ideas please.

It’s pixelating now as I’m trying to watch soccer aid on ITV live. I will try phoning tomorrow again although I hate the overseas call centres. Nightmare.

told me the first person I phoned last Friday had singed it off

 “as fixed by rebooting”

im now waiting on a Virtual technician phoning me to do even more checks.

I'm not surprised you're unimpressed. You've tried to resolve this and are getting kicked back from VM-CS each time - so I've used VIP-channels to flag this post for attention by the forum staff quicker than would otherwise be the case.

In the meantime, can you confirm that VoD is unaffected, and this is only a problem on live TV?

Catch up TV like ITV player and BBC I-player are ok.
thanks for your help.

Hello Biggordy1.

Sorry to hear the service is not up to scratch.

I can look into this for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
