Sonos one not conecting to hub 4

Well. I got a new hub 4 and now my sonos won't connect. I have gone through ghe sonos s2 app and done the set up only for it to fail everything at the WiFi password stage. Weird as every other device works on the password.

 

 

 

Is there an issue with virgin media and sknos Have they fallen out ? If the new Hubs no longer support sonos then why? What else can I do. Obviously a vm issue as its worked with all previous Hubs.

Hey vauxfan, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry you are having some issues setting up your gadget to the WIFI.

We can't guarantee out equipment will work with any 3rd party kit such as the speaker. 

However I do know from personal experience that gadget do like to connect to the 2-4HZ frequency. 

Does the manufacture instruction's give any advice at all? Thanks
