Sky Sports Golf Red Button Issue on 360

I’ve recently upgraded my V6 box to 360 but can’t see Sky Sports Golf Red Button broadcast… Any ideas please?

Looking at the red button info copied from https://www.skysports.com/watch/sport-on-sky  the red button feed should have started again at 4pm

• BMW International Open - Sky Sports Golf (11:30)

• Travelers Championship - Sky Sports Golf - Red Button (11:45), Sky Sports Golf (20:00), Sky Sports Main Event (22:00)

• Women's PGA Championship - Women's PGA Championship, Sky Sports Golf - Red Button (16:00), Sky Sports Golf (17:00), Sky Sports Mix (17:00)

• US Seniors Open - US Seniors Open, Sky Sports Golf - Red Button (19:00), Sky Sports Golf (23:00)

The Sky Sports Golf channel has been advertising The Travelers Championship as being available all afternoon on the Red Button, yet when I select the Red Button it says “There are no interactive events on this channel”… just tried again at 4:15pm and still no broadcast available?

Having recently upgraded to the Volt package on two V6 360 boxes, I’m very disappointed that Virgin didn’t broadcast the Travellers Championship through the Sky Sports Golf red button despite Sky advertising it as available from 11:45am… 👎👎👎 very poor service indeed!

I am very sorry for any issues with the red button service. We were aware of this problem and our team worked quickly to get it resolved on Thursday.

You should now be able to access all of the red button content but if not, please do let us know and we will be happy to assist further.

I have been complaining about the golf red button issue for over a year. When red button is available I always get video, but sound is either a continuous tone, looped music or F1 commentary from channel 506. I have had engineers here and open tickets for work to be carried out. Nothing comes back and the red button does not work as it should. I escalated to complaints who came back and said virgin do not have a contract with sky to play the red button coverage. So those who are getting it shouldn't be or the complaints office are generically fobbing off. I would appreciate the forum to check and report what they are receiving in order to get a definitive answer.

I’m trying to watch the St Jude’s Championship on Sky Sports Golf red button… I’m getting the video stream ok but a continuous tone instead of commentary… annoying!

This has been raised lots of times on this board but continues to be a problem: red button content for SkySports golf is not working. There's a constant loud beep instead of the commentary, although the pictures are showing so it's an improvement over what usually happens. Can you fix this please? I, along with the others posting the same problem for months, are paying for a service that isn't being delivered. It's really not good enough to leave the problem dragging on.

Looks like many people have the same problem. Come on VM get it sorted. With the poor service you provide and the pressure on everyone's budgets now you need to up your game. We won't keep paying for luxury goods that are 2nd rate!
