STV HD - Pixelation

I am in Scotland Area 11 and our STV HD on 103 is totally pixelated and unwatchable. Status says there are no problems in the area and this is the only channel that is like this. Even STV+1 is working no problem. There have been the odd blip recently with this channel but it is now completely pixelated and continues even after a reboot of the box. Anyone else having this problem?

HI @s9750 

The area number doesn't really help with faults, that's actually a billing area based on the old cable franchises and not geographical.

Your approx location would be a more helpful indicator, such as Tayside or Glasgow.

Have you used the /check-services/i  function? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there. If nothing is showing  you could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

Just to add, second box upstairs is exactly the same.

Checked the services etc and said no problems. I am in West Lothian. 
I had to nip out and just back and channel back on, so will keep an eye on it to see how it goes.

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. I am sorry to hear of the channel pixelation on the STV HD channel. 

I've ran a system check and no issues are showing - has everything been resolved since posting?

If not, can you please check that all cables are finger tight for me, then possibly try a new HDMI port/HDMI lead on the TV?
