Remote unpairing from TV

Hi, I’m constantly having to repair my remote to my TV to operate the volume etc

I have a Hisense TV and everything works fine when I pair it as such, but it automatically wants to pair a s a Vizio, and every time I turn on the TV it’s ‘automatically’ paired as a vizio, which doesn’t let me control the volume etc

anyone else having this problem? It’s only started happening recently

I have same problem. Only upgraded my V6 to 360 a week or so ago and have spoken to various VM departments.

All have said it is a third party device problem not VM’s.

Last advisor seemed to understand the issue and promised to elevate the problem to the appropriate department. Not holding my breath.

i have a Yamaha YSP-2700 which pairs perfectly for an hour or sometimes a whole day. It then decides to change it to a Pioneer and then the remote stops working. No problems with the V6 box so definitely a software problem.
