Red button not working on Sky Sports

Red button not working on Sky Sports, championship games advertised today 02-11-21 and last week on red button, however receive currently no interactive events on this channel. Tried SS football as advertised, then SS1 and SS Arena as all showing football  Nada. Took power out of box, reset nothing, very frustrating when not receiving a service I am paying for 😠

Working now 5 minutes into game, however last weeks game never got started
