Virgin had said the storage is full. I have gone to clear all recordings which it has confirmed it has done. I have tried to record something and then it still says storage is full. When I go to the recordings screen it just gives me a link to TV guide. I keep getting this and going around in circles. Any ideas?

Sounds like you may have a hard drive problem, can you pause and replay live TV which is basically a recording and a quick test of the hard drive. If you also get an error CS6002 can't find hard drive when setting a recording then you need to call 150 from your Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault.
When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.
