Yes, been going on a week now. Local Facebook pages full of complaints. SG1 area, anything being done??

Check on the local status line, 0800 5610061, if anything is reported.

If nothing's listed, follow the normal faults process and report your service problem. Social media is not part of the fault reporting process.

Please don't treat me as stupid. Virgin have denied any problems with a whole town having problems. Today at last they admit there's been an outage for days. Shocking service!

Is the issue now reported here with an estimated fix time?
