Hi, our TV is constantly out of sync, almost every time the sound setting solution doesn’t work.
we have a TiVo box and mini box and the issue affects both boxes.
the tv is pretty much unwatchable - we pay a lot of money for your TV and expect this to be a lot better.
how do I fix this problem?

Don't know if you are using soundbar's or connected directly to the TV but if you are connected to a ARC enabled HDMI connector try using a non ARC HDMI connector as some user's have reported problems with HDMI-ARC, also try setting Dolby to Follow content in Settings.

The Dolby follow has made an improvement, but still not perfect. No sound bar, just using the tv
