I’ve recently changed from TiVo to 360 and I can’t record anything - I get this message in the top right of the screen “Virgin TV 1 is offline, or not connecting. Turn it on to check if your recording was successfully scheduled.”

I think I’ve been sent a mini box instead of a main box!

Hi lisa-marko, thanks for the message, and sorry to hear that you are not able to record, this can only be done on the 360 box and you will only be able to have one of these and the rest would need to be mini's,
