Folks - anyone still having the problem?

Tom/Mods - it would be helpful if you could confirm if Virgin did anything here, and what the issue was or might have been?

I think users would be encouraged to know either way if the input they’ve offered here since the issue was raised in February has or hasn’t had an impact on improving the service.

I don't have an update on that sorry JalapenoG, rest assured it's being looked into - hopefully the experience mentioned above indicates progress with that.

OK, looks like it's not fixed yet....dam it!

Three programs this evening:

Cobra Kai, one episode, got to the end, no problem.

Riverdale, one episode, didn't get to the end, had to go to all episodes and had to fast forward to where it had stopped, to see the last 1minute 20 seconds

QI, one episode, didn't get to the end, had to go to all episodes but it picked up where it had finished early, to see the last 1minute 38 seconds

Not fixed for me either. Watching episode 4 of Wild Wild Country, cut out 1 min 38 secs before the end. This is the first time (for me) that it's occurred on anything other than the opening episode of a series. 

One other oddity. After watching episode 4 my next episode was, apparently, episode 6, completely skipping episode 5! It has now corrected itself.

Just came across this thread and was wondering if anyone has an update or fix?

Same as everyone else, only happens on 360 box and happens on everything I watch. With 90 seconds left it loads the next episode.

Its getting worse on my box.

Watched two episodes of the office on my tablet with no problem.

One episode of Schitts creek on the 360 box, stopped at 2.26 abruptly and now will only play 5 seconds before stopping again. Could not get to watch the last 2 minutes, had to watch on my phone!

First world problems I know, but certainly not worth £100pm 

Any news of what's happening. If this is not effecting everyone do we need new boxes?

Same here issue is back 😞

Schitts Creek S6 E5 ended 45 seconds early, next episode card, go back into the episode and it starts again at the beginning.  This sucks.

Quick update

It was happening on the first episode of any series on Netflix

Tonight it's every episode!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Come on Virgin get this sorted

So that was 3 weeks ago - any resolution?

We have the exact same problem and enjoyed the whole evening watching programmes apart from the last 1min 40 secs.  Checked and it happened to Modern Family, Schitts Creek and Friday Night Dinner.  Tried signing in / out of Netflix, tried rebooting the 360 box (and unplugging and discharging the remnant power!), tried resetting the modem / route node system - several times.  Spoke with Netflix - they have excalated (but what does that mean!?)

Sounds like a worsening problem with Virgin 360 and Netflix.

Can anyone help?
