I have only experienced the issue with Netflix. 

The Tv360 box connects to router via Ethernet cable.

The box is on now.

sorry just to clarify, do you get this issue when you are watching Netflix on any other devices such as maybe a laptop or a phone? 

 

Just want to make sure it's nothing to do with Netflix.

Hi,

I don't watch Netflix on laptop, tablet or phone. However due to the annoying problem, I have been watching via the Netflix App on my TV which does not experience the same issue. It defeats the purpose of having Netflix incorporated in the Tv360 box.

Would you be able to test the netflix app on another device to see if this continues to happen?

Netflix cutting off end of programmes

I saw someone else’s similar issue. The end of episodes cuts out just before the credits. 
Ive raised this with Netflix who say they are looking into it, but I think it’s a TV360 issue as it didn’t happen when the box was a TiVo  

and, yes I’ve gone through all the auto play settings and they’re all off. 
I have done everything Netflix told  me to do, so it’s defo a VM problem

Hi Martin as I said earlier in the thread I’ve tried Netflix App on Sony Smart Tv & I am pretty sure on Amazon Firestick with no problems.
