Netflix pixelated

Hi

I'm a new customer to virgin, coming from sky. Netflix worked well before I changed to virgin, now I struggle to get a good picture quality on Netflix. It’s pixelated and blurry, and at its best grainy. I’ve ordered a new hdmi lead. 
When I run the ‘check your network’ the connection speed test rotated red but doesn’t show a green tick. 
Any help appreciated

Which TV box do you have - check here if you're not sure.

The results of the speed test are indicative of your box not having a sufficient internet connection to support streaming, which could cause the symptoms you describe.

As to what's causing it - that depends which box you have
