My tv channels come up

I did a upgrade got the email but the new chanells have yet to come up was told can take up to 2 hours been 3 hours so when will I get this

How did you perform the upgrade?

If it was over the phone then the new channels are normally added and up and ruiing immediately. 

Any other method then the changes need to input manually and can take a couple of days, and up to 5 working days if exceptionally busy.

If you are also receiving new equipment then they waon't be added until the new equipment is installed and activated.

As stated by newapollo, depending on the type of order and what's included it can take different times to activate, I can see from the system you have spoken to the team since, were they able to help with your issue at all?
