My 360 stop working with a code of CS1010

My 360 no picture all I'm getting is error code CS1010 ,and I tried logging on to the virginmedia.com/tvcode but there was no code there for me,no I'm without any television services

Try a restart of the box 

if that doesn’t fix it then call in (make sure you call from a VM landline or add customer account number when asked) and ask for an activation hit to be sent to the box. You might need to speak to the Virgin TV 360 team to do that
