I’m not sure what package I’m on (issues with incorrect email )

I cannot view MTV or TLC? 😒

You've posted in the 360 forum.

The following page shows which channels are available in the 360 TV packages.

You need to be on the Maxit TV package to view TLC, TLC+1 and MTV.

If you are on the Mixit TV package then you will need to add the Entertainment and Lifestyle Personal Pick to view those channels. 

The kids Personal Pick is £5 a month.  With the other Personal Picks, the first one you add is an extra £7 a month, any additional ones are £5 a month. You can cancel the Personal Pick at any time by giving 30 days notice. It won't affect your contract or any discounts you have.

And the other obvious question...

In what way can you not view these channels? Are they greyed out in the guide - that would suggest a package issue.

Or are you getting an error code/message? In which case, what is it?
