Fairly new to virgin and I have an issue that is extremely frustrating.
When watching I’m a celebrity get me out of here during ads it’s fine but as soon as the show is back on there’s image and audio stutter with slight break up.
Not present when viewing from ITV hub on the stream but is on the live show and or recordings from said live show.
Followed the tech support clicking box type and issues and just told to reboot and then sent back the main menu. Called 0345 4541111 which told me to do the same and then hung up.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue with this particular show?
The Issue is not constant but regular enough for me to be looking for resolution.

This sounds like you're describing picture breakup, usually a signal issue. But it should affect all programming on a given channel, indiscriminately.
Do you have any issues with C4-HD or C4+1 SD?

No issues to report there. I was half expecting a broadcasting issue to be honest. Adverts are fine on the channel literally just when the program start back to live feed.

Ah, that changes things - if it's only happening on the transition from adverts to live then it could even be a playout issue. Not a VM thing in any case, and I'd expect to happen on +1 also.
I've seen this happen on Sky Nature & Sky Witness in the past, also live rugby on BT Sport tends to audio glitch. One person who might know why, and I hope they won't mind the tag, is fellow VIP @nodrogd

It could be an ITV broadcast issue. If it is it may only be affecting one region (local insertion into a national feed), so is awkward to test unless you happen to be in the region where it’s occurring.
