Hi I need a new hub I’ve tried to connect my virgin 360 and the cable is too tight into the hub and if I pull it anymore it’s going to break

No one at the bottom above the power supply, tried everything it’s so I can place the splitter in to connect my virgin 360 TV

I assume you are referring to a network cable that goes into the yellow ports on the hub?
