Fault code MA1/4/40

I've tried to load the 360 upgrade to my V6 box and I get error code MA1/4/40 and failed to load upgrade, try again later.

So far nothing happens when I try again it just comes up with the same code.

I did phone customer services and they said they will try and send an engineer but I'm hoping this can be sorted remotely.

Any ideas please?

Fixed it myself in the end by doing a full reset of the v6 box. It then automatically loaded 360.

After getting very little response from customer service regarding the inability to upgrade, I thought, I'm going to lose all my recordings and settings anyway, let's see what happens if I reset the V6 box, hey presto automatic upgrade. Why don't the Virgin Media powers that be suggest this, why leave it to the customer to figure it out for themselves?
