Does the Virgin TV control app not apply to the 360 box?

The app used to work with the equipment I had before December last year but since my boxes were replaced with the latest ones, the app is saying no compatible TV boxes are found on my account.

You need to download the TVGO app for 360 boxes.

As per @roy247 

The TVGo app includes all the functions from the TV Control app which work on the 360 platform
