Channels showing no info available

All the TV channels are showing as ‘no info available’. I’ve unplugged the box and plugged it back in after a couple of mins and still got the same issue. 

Does anyone know how to resolve this or had this issue before?

Are you referring to the EPG (TV guide) not being populated?

If so, that's a symptom of your TV360 not having an internet connection - which would be proven by OnDemand also not working.

Or are you reporting a problem with viewing live TV channels?

I can click on the tv guide and see the channels but it doesn’t tell me what is on the TV guide just no info available. 

I can get on the apps such as Netflix and that is working fine. 

I can watch live tv that works fine it just isn’t showing me what is on TV but actually putting a channel on I can watch it just don’t know what is on.
