Audio intermittently drops out.

I’ve recently upgraded to Virgin 360 and with that followed immediate and random Audio dropouts on my 4K Tv and soundbar  I have tried changing the audio settings tbh. They are all just as bad. I never had this issue on this tv before the upgrade. 

I have a none 4K tv in another room with the same soundbar and virgin box and this tv has NO audio drop outs. 

it’s driving me crazy. Please help

Are both boxes connected the same, HDMI from 360 to soundbar to TV, or HDMI from 360 to TV and then the TV to the soundbar using HDMI-ARC.

Yes both boxes are connected the same :  HDMI from 360 to TV and then the TV to the soundbar using HDMI-ARC.

I'm very sorry to hear you're having some issues with the audio from your sound bar via the 360 box. Have you tried using a different HDMI cable? That way we can see if that may be the cause of the fault.
