some of the buttons on my 360 remotes have stopped working and i tried replacing of batteries not work the enter button does not work and some of the numbers don't work I would like a new one if virgin media read this, please

Hi ben,
I've moved your post to the 360 forum. VM Forum Staff don't tend to look at the chatter forums.
Have you tried to factory reset the remote?
Pressing and holding the TV and Rewind button for 10 seconds will factory reset the TV 360 remote.
To pair the 360 remote hold down the 'TV' button and '0' button together until the Standby button starts to flash.
If you need to pair the TV 360 remote with the TV to control volume, source or power then press Home > Settings > Audio & Video > Pair remote with devices > Press OK then Pair TV and follow the on screen instructions
If the remote appears to have stopped working wiggle it a few times. You should also make sure the the Power Saving mode setting is on Fast Start
For now you can manage your recordings, and stream live TV and on demand content, also Sky Cinema using the TV GO app
You can also use the app to control your 360.

Hi ben,
If you have been able to try factory resetting your remote depending on which buttons don't work and that hasn't fixed your problem then you need to wait for a forum team member to pick this up which maybe a couple of days.
