It gets confusing..i specifically just phoned up to get the 360 upgrade and the bloke on the phone said ill see what we can do for you and searched ,i ended up with.

Hand in your notice (everything stays on for 30 days anyway).(once handed in the notice other offers are available to you.

Hi I phoned vm yesterday to change are package from maxit tv and movie's, m500, and phone talk more anytime £121.00 per month me and my wife are both retiring at the end of this month and just trying to save a bit of money, the package we where looking at was the fun package tried to explain to the call handler the change we wanted to be told that doesn't exist but the website was updated on the 01/05/2021, he but me on hold and came back with a package that would have put are costs up to £125.00 he changed a small part off are package to get the price down to £100.00, so going to look into changing to another provider we have been a vm customer for 28 years loyalty doesn't count for anything now
