360 Update Failure

Hi,

Spent the best part of 5 hours yesterday trying to sort out my TV box. Have been sent a new 360 remote but when I try to update my V6 box I get an error code MA1/15/40.

No one in the call centre is seemingly able to help and just keep telling me to try again the next day and phone back if it continues to fail.

That's an account error and needs VM intervention to resolve.

I'd like to think that faults-CS would have escalated this rather than just kicking the can down the road - forum staff should be along in a couple of days and can hopefully intervene.

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your V6 box updating to the 360 software. 

Checking things this end, I can see since posting, an engineer has been booked to resolve things. Please let us know how the engineer visit goes.
