Each morning the 360 box is white but we can only get a signal by pushing the front button. Why is this and can it be sorted? Thanks.

Hi @Bill57

Thanks for posting on our community forum and sorry to hear about your issue.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by 'get a signal' when pushing the front button? Is the box in stand by when you try and use this in a morning?

Hi thanks for getting back.

We've just updated to 360 and overnight the box switches itself to standby. We press it stays red.  After switching TV off and pressing again, it turns white. and the TV comes on. It'd be nice just to switch the tele on.

Hi BillS7,

Can we check that you are using the correct buttons on your TV remote? On the 360 remote, there'll be a button to turn your TV on and off (the left top button), and also a button to turn your TV set top box on and off (the right top button).

If you mean that you'd prefer not to have your box enter standby mode over night, you can check your standby and eco mode settings by going to Home>Settings.

Hope this helps

Beth

Thanks Beth, just didn't know it turned off automatically over night (active mode), I'm fine with that.

Bill
