Hi I'm trying book an engineers visit for the phone switchover as my hub is upstairs and my phone is downstairs Its impossible to book this on the website how do I achieve this I have no technical knowledge to set up my landline

No dial tone after fibre switchover

Today was my date for phone fibre switchover - I followed the instructions and restarted the hub, but no dial tone from my phone and calls to it just fail with no sound at all.  Can anyone check the status remotely?

fibrephone switchover no dial tone

Connected phone base station to hub 3. Got a flashing green light.  No dial tone. Rang the phone from my mobile and got the international ring tone. What do I now have to do to reinstate phone line because of a Virgin change that I never asked for.
