Virgin sim swopped to O2

HiVirgin have swopped their sim card to O2 just done that can't receive texts, can send and send and receive calls.Reset networks settings, turned phone on and off, took sim back out and put back.Can anybody help

New hub needed - switchover issues

I'm on a hub2. Never got anywhere with 150 on home phone. Now it's switched off.  My account now says I have no phone package even though I'm paying for it. As I'm paying for something I'm not getting can i cancel my contract now without being charge...
