I must say that I went on holiday the day of the switch over and simply relocated my phone on the day closer to my hub and plugged it in. On my return from holiday I checked out my phone was working perfectly.
My question is that I have just received my monthly bill and find that I have got a credit which I think is for the previous land charge for a portion of my monthly period. Looking back on my previous bills |I see that my package contained reference to a charge for the island line but doesn't state how much that was. As I am on a fixed income as a pensioner it is important for me to ensure I know all my expenditure and income. Am I to expect this refund each month or will you just reduce my monthly plan and can you please tell me what that actual reduction figure is as I cannot find it anywhere? Thanks in advance
