No dial tone after fibre switchover

Joining in

Today was my date for phone fibre switchover - I followed the instructions and restarted the hub, but no dial tone from my phone and calls to it just fail with no sound at all.  Can anyone check the status remotely?

Thanks Matt - hub just restarted by itself and phoneline now working - I guess the switchover just happened and I'd plugged the cable in too soon.
