Handset showing wrong time

Since the clocks went back all incoming calls are showing BST and not GMT on the handsets. Virgin customer service say it is not their problem. Anyone else had this problem?

Users of Panasonic phones may be able to choose a 'manual' time setting instead of synchronisation with caller ID time.
