I have a question about the phone switch over, my house has 2 accounts one account has the phone and Internet. The 2nd account only has the phone.
So the 2nd account how does this phone go digital? Since this phone is on a different floor to the other account which has the phone and hub in the same room.?

I believe the 2nd account might get its own hub but only the phone service is enabled on it, no broadband. Phone-only post switchover was mentioned in a past topic below
Presumably may need further wiring changes to fit the hub at the second location.
Or perhaps, the hub does have two sockets for phone so maybe via that route with further phone wiring changes in the property. Guess it might depend on how 'separate' the two accounts need to be.
