So like many others it would seem I ordered a phone last night, was given a delivery date of tomorrow and entered all my bank details etc. I received the email with the link that goes no where....doesn't even work..."we need more information" . Surprise my order is parked!!!

I have a virgin media broadband package account and have done for some time, this is the main reason I decided to sign up for mobile with them, so realistically what needs verifying??

I have called this morning and after much going round and round in circles was told by lady that my order is with the back office team?? Within 24 to 48 hours they will call me to agree my credit agreement. I replied that no where whilst I was clicking through the agreement did I see this information and that basically my delivery date was a lie....

I said if I am not called by this evening I will be calling again to cancel the whole thing. She assured me that she will put updates on my account to let the back office team know this?? Then she tried to talk me into putting another one or 2 sim only deals onto my account....really?? I mean really?? 

Anybody else been called back?? I'm starting to think I should just call and cancel. Does anyone know a number I can ring, as I seem to get stuck in an automated loop as I don't have an account as yet.

This has also recently happened to me. not quite sure what the term 'parked' means and finding it hard to contact anyone about it within the current crisis

Hi megg16, a parked order is where the order is paused. This can happen for a number of reasons, have you managed to speak to us to confirm why the order is parked? Chris

Original order was 31st March. After having not heard for almost 3 weeks, I managed to finally get through to someone who said my order was cancelled the same day I made it (I was totally unaware and still couldn't log into my account). They said it was due to mis-information, but she was very helpful and re-ordered whilst I was on the telephone. All good - or so I thought. Then, radio silence again. 

That was about 10 days ago and I'm still waiting for ANY email communication, even if it's to say my order has been declined! Still cannot log onto my account. For the 2nd month in a row my sim will charge me again (it was a sim to device upgrade) and I have no device to use the sim in, or no way to cancel the sim contract (ended end of March) entirely. 

I am a key-worker so I cannot call during normal hours, I'm honestly so fed up now. I'm being charged for a service I'm unable to use and still cannot access my account!! What's worse is there are two contracts on the one account, and I need to access the other one!!!! Angry doesn't even cover it. 

I thought I would come back to inform most of you on here this service is worthless. Your order will be parked no matter what and an Indian call centre will most likely call you to tell you that your application has been successful ,but yet, you are not good enough to get the handset you wanted. In order to do this they will ask you to consider a pay as you go service or sim only contract to not only up their sales, but to also help you climb the ladder to a better contract (or so they say). Avoid like the plague and stick to other mobile providers who will not give you this stupid run around. I now have the phone I wanted off another better provider.

Hey I’ve had my order parked I need to know when it’s going to be on it’s way I’ve tried contacting you I’m new to the service. 
I haven’t had a reply from my email in 2 days can you guys help.

Hello, I've ordered a phone on Saturday around 10PM. I've been waiting 4 days for a response to sign a contract and I've gotten nothing, could someone help?

Update: Not too long after they sent me an email with a contract, It's meant to come tomorrow so fingers crossed.
