order parked

hi, 

i just ordered the iphone 12 pro, got the email saying "few more checks between you and the good stuff", checked my account and it says "order parked." "Sorry, we have some problems processing your order, our customer service team will be in touch to discuss about this order." 

does this mean I have failed my credit check? they didnt ask for any details, i have a not amazing credit score but i have a stable job and am a student so can afford the chosen £43 contract a month.

 

any help or tips? can i pay an upfront to secure?
