new SIM fail

Fitted new SIM and phone does not connect to network. Left for 2 days to no effect. Still searching for network. Old SIM still works so phone is usable.

Thanks for the post Carolynm and welcome to our community.

 

If the old SIM card is working this would mean the new SIM card hasn't been activated properly.

Yes still need help. The new purple sim is recognised by the phone but it does not find the virgin or any other network. Any suggestions. I think I have followed the correct procedure.Thanks
