mobile SIM card

i have a card that i stopped using for some time but now i tried using it again but it just says it doesnt have service like its blocked or not even available anymore, i really need the card as my whatssap is connected to it and my phone broke so i cant even have access to my data as the card is no longer working. What can i do?

it was pay monthly

I assume then that monthly payments are still being taken. If so you will need to contact Virgin 0345 6000 789 if you need to call from another phone. You will need your account details
