I ordered a new iPhone 11 online via your website back on 30/12/2019. I was a little suspicious why the estimated delivery time was so far in the future and have heard nothing since placing the original order. I've signed in today to discover the status is Ordered - Awaiting Stock.
I am supposed to be receiving my new phone on 13/01/2020 but this is looking increasingly unlikely. I am also not able to provide a PAC code to transfer over my number at this time.
As I have set up the direct debit and signed the credit agreement I am concerned I will be charged from this date but won't even have a phone. I am tempted to cancel the whole contract and go elsewhere.
