i wish to cancel my rolling 30 day sim contract

help... how can i cancel my 30 day rolling sim contract ...i cannnot get to speak anybody at virgin, just an automated machine who keeps sending me texts with a link to the the virgin help page. live chat is a waste of time as nobody there either.

@wendle671 Please don't create multiple threads for the same issue, it doesn't get your issue resolved any quicker and is against the forum rules.  I have merged your threads.

Cancellations cannot be carried out via this forum.

I see from your post on another thread here that you have resolved your issue by calling VM, which is the only way to cancel a contract:
