cannot receive calls

I am in Spain currently and cannot recieve incoming calls

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community.

I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with incoming calls whilst in Spain.

Are you able to text/use data?

Are you able to make outgoing calls?

Are you not receiving calls at all or is there an issue when you answer a call?

I can text, it's just incoming calls not coming through. The other side gets a message that I am not available. Sometimes I also don't receive some of mine WhatsApp calls either. I can make calls ok.

Could you try doing a local network search and connecting to a different network please to see if that helps?

Also turn the phone off and on if you haven't done so already.

I'm not sure what you mean by network; network provider or wifi network?

I don't have a choice of any other network apart from the one that has been provided to me after I landed in Spain

I found the network list. I have changed to Orange and Vodafone and i still did not receive calls

I have also tried Network reset. No success

Hi Gosiagray,

Thank you for reaching back out, sorry to hear you are still unable to receive calls while Roaming, have you tried your Sim in another handset to see if the same occurs?

I'Ve put the sim into another phone and the problem was the same on the other set
