cancel mobile phone account upgrade - not currently possible
I upgraded my mobile phone account from 4gb data to 120gb data on the 17th Jan,
I tried to cancel this upgrade but I have been told I cannot as it is in progress and to phone back on the 5th Feb to see what my options are when the upgraded account is applied? I was told there is nothing I can do right now. What about the 14 day cooling off period, I don't understand how I am unable to do anything right now and apparently have to wait this out? Is this correct please?
