I have just received two new phones after changing to Virgin. An iphone11 and a new iPhone se. After setting up my account I have gone to put the PAC codes in to bring mine and my daughters numbers across. I have only completed the process for one as when I went to complete the one for her phone a message came up saying the subscriber has a pending business order. When I tried the process back in my phone it said that I couldn’t transfer a virgin number to a virgin number. I actually think I could have transferred the wrong number to the wrong phone. I haven’t completed the second one. My question is, if I have used the wrong PAC for the wrong phone, Ca n this be undone? I have text Virgin mobile but having to wait for a response.
